Cladding Removal & Temporary Replacement on Live Residential Towers

DMC Group was appointed to deliver cladding remediation works across multiple occupied high-rise residential buildings. This critical project involved the careful removal of combustible cladding from level 4 to ground and installation of temporary A1-rated cement board—executed with minimal disruption to residents and in full compliance with fire safety regulations.
