DMC have now set up an independent refurbishment & Building division to complement the enabling works side whether is a standalone dilapidation contract or a mix of refurbishment and building works or just a case of putting in new steel works or to move the enabling works on, DMC have a knish market that we are targeting one stop shop without the massive overheads you get when employing a main control to oversea the works with us as main-contractors all are staff our in house unless it’s a specialist professional that’s needed on site.
