Enabling works and de-carbonisation

DMC were delighted to be the principle contractor to demolish part of the building whilst retaining the front façade.

The most efficient way for doing this was to position a mobile city crane in the central area to remove the internals, whilst keeping the front facade standing using a designed and built a steel structure which also housed the welfare facilities.
